To help Federal EEO Programs assess the status of Equal Employment Opportunities in their agencies, EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations (OFO) has recently produced Barrier Analysis Tools covering the hiring and internal promotion phases of the employment lifecycle.  These tools are now available in the MD-715 section of the Guidance page on FedSEP, EEOC’s Federal Sector data collection portal. 

Join Karen M. Brummond, Social Science Research Analyst in OFO’s Reports and Evaluations Division, for a live demonstration of these interactive Barrier Analysis Tools. Learn how your agency can use these new tools to more effectively address workplace barriers.
